Halloween Festival

Hi all,

Our Fall event is going to be an exciting one this year! We have decided to go with a “Halloween Festival” theme. We are going to have a Kids Korner & Trick-or-treating so, don’t forget to bring sealed candy to pass out to the kids. We are also going to have a Kids & a Pet costume contest.
Since the Silent Auction at our last event was such a huge success, we are requesting that each Vendor provide an item worth $10 or more that we can use in the auction baskets. Please let us know what you will be providing on the application. Once you are accepted, we will need a photo and/or dimensions of the item. We do have some themed baskets in the works: Chocolate, Apple/Farm Life, Baked goodies, InstaPot, Spa items, Popcorn/Movie night, Halloween, Fall & Christmas. If you plan to participate, please return the application (also attached) as soon as possible. Once your application has been accepted it is important to pay right away to secure your spot. We will only be accepting vendors that sell things that are different from vendors that have already signed up (returned the application and paid the booth fee). In the next few weeks, we will be sending an Event Flyer to all of the attendees. Please post it to your social media accounts. This is an important part of attending our event.
Even if you have 5 followers, please post it.

IMPORTANT INFO:

• Food vendors of ANY kind MUST provide:
A Health Permit (must be issued by San Diego County)
-OR
Cottage Food Operations Permit (issued by any County in CA)

OUTDOOR VENDORS:

▪ The yard spaces are a combination of dirt, grass and weeds, but it will be mowed short just before the event.
▪ Sometimes there are ants and other bugs, so be sure to bring bug spray to spray your outdoor area before setting up your booth.
▪ It can get breezy/windy please bring weights to weigh your canopy down.

Important Information:
-We will only be accepting vendors that sell things that are different from vendors that have already signed up (returned the application and paid the booth fee), so sign up early to secure your booth.
-Please bring your own tables and EZ Up.
